Ah yes ... my old friend, back pain.

One home remedy that works for me is talking to my back! I have many a time gone into back pain because of financial fear and stress.

So I talk to my back - like I would a young child. I reassure it that everything is o.k., that I am taking care of it and am cared for by an abundant God and so on and so forth. I have been able to talk the pain away using this method.

Try it for yourself!
