Home Remedy for Excessive Sweating

Excessive Sweating is a kind of condition affects almost all ages and all walks of life and has a greater impact on the social life of an affected person.

Excessive sweating occurs more on the palms, feet, face, and underarm area of an affected person. Due to excessive sweating the affected person might develop body odor.

Type of excessive sweating:

* Facial hyperhidrosis - occurs in the face

* Axillary hyperhidrosis - occurs either on palms or underarms

Causes of Excessive Sweating

In severe Excessive Sweating cases, sweat drip literally down from the hands, face and feet. This is a condition, which can be detected, in early childhood.

Treatment / Home Remedies for Excessive Sweating

Sage tea:
Drinking sage tea is one of the known home remedies for excessive sweating. Infuse 1 teaspoon of dried sage in a cup of boiling water (8.oz) for 15 minutes, Strain and drink tea 2-4 times a day.

Tea bags:
Soaking hands and feet in warm water soaked with tea bags is one of the effective remedies for hyperhidrosis. Boiling 5 regular tea bags in a quart of water for 5 minutes, let cool and soak hands or feet for 20-30 minutes at night.
