Home Remedies for Hyperhidrosis


Hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating refers to the condition whereas an affected person experiences excessive sweating. This kind of condition affects almost all ages and all walks of life and has a greater impact on the social life of an affected person.

Excessive sweating occurs more on the palms, feet, face, and underarm area of an affected person. Due to excessive sweating the affected person might develop body odor.

* Facial hyperhidrosis - occurs in the face

* Axillary hyperhidrosis - occurs either on palms or underarms

In severe hyperhidrosis cases, sweat drip literally down from the hands, face and feet. This is a condition, which can be detected, in early childhood.

Sage tea:
Drinking sage tea is one of the known home remedies for excessive sweating. Infuse 1 teaspoon of dried sage in a cup of boiling water (8.oz) for 15 minutes, Strain and drink tea 2-4 times a day.
